The Consortium specializes on development the Systems of the “Central Registry” type for the national or international levels and has 5 solutions:
- U-Registry. Registration and maintenance system of the Top Level Domain. Can be used for ccTLD, gTLD, and sponsored new gTLD; can supports and maintanance the IDN in any scripts’ repertoire and at the same time an unlimited quantity of the TLDs.
- NPU-Registry. Maintenance system for mobile and fixed number portability and personal numbers. Can be used for maintainance and support fixed, mobile, non-geographic, nomadic, and personal subscribers’ numbers; support roaming and geolocation functions; can be configured for QoR/ACQ with CDB/LDBs.
- IMEIU-Registry. System of the registration and maintenance of the IMEI codes (IMEI/EIR). Can be used for maintenance and support of the monitoring and control usage of SIM/R-UIM based mobile devices, on anti-terrorism, anti-fraud, anti-theft activities, control and optimization of the import and registration procedures of radio electronic means, and more broadly for data storage and management of electronic tags.
- ENUMU-Registry. Registration and maintenance system for national ENUM domain. Can be used as technological base for implementation of the convergence solutions on the electronic communication market.
- WEB-Fixation. System of the on-line fixation and the content investigations of the web pages on the Internet. Can be used for situations where you need to on-line fix (freeze) the current text or graphic content of websites and carry out the investigation with the help of qualified experts regarding into the conditions of occurrence of the displayed content, frames, create timestamps etc.; it can be used highly effective manner in matters of a judicial or an alternative dispute resolution of domain and intellectual property issues
The principles that were put in every solution allows to create a unified system of management of national telecommunication Registries.
Any of these systems operates and maintains the workflows within an unified data space in frame of a unified database of the national electronic communication and Internet markets.
At the same time each of the systems can effectively operate in a separate manner.
Each of the systems can be easy integrated within system which are implemented and working in national market already. For example, it may be a separate EIR systems of mobile operators.
All systems have the ability to generate and exchange data in a united information environment, which performs an integration role at creating a united complex system for next-generation networks, IMS / LTE networks.
Thus, we present and propose implementation of an integrated system solution, which allows to use any identifiers of telephony and Internet and analyze any situation that arise in the electronic communications environment in accordance with the legislation in the country of the Customer.
The spectrum of the ranges of identifiers are from E.164, E.212, DNS, IPv4 / IPv6 and further up to any identifiers that are used for an application services and social networks in the IP-environment, including electronic tags in any format for which the complex of the systems would configured and adjusted.
